Michel Cluizel has been practicing the art of fine chocolates for 60 years. He began as an apprentice making chocolate with his parents in a small village in Normandy, France. It was then that he developed his love and passion for fine chocolate, and his commitment to produce choclates without compromise on any level.
Now his chocolates are used by some of the finest restaurants and chefs around the world and his company produces chocolates for some of the world's most respected chocolate brands. He also owns two retail stores : 1 in Paris and 1 in New York City.
